Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Baltimore area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
