Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
