Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
