Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 807 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit.
