Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
