Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Kestrel Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Baltimore, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
