Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Baltimore region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
