Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quarry Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
