Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Redstone Linden Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
