Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
