Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Meridian Care Services provides in-home and community support in Austin, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
