Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Ivory Civic Services supports public agencies in Atlanta with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
