Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
