Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Atlanta serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
