Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Atlanta working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
