Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Stone Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
