Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Nova Cross Health Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
