Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
