Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
