Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Kestrel Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
