Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Anchorage, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
