Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Anchorage. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
