Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Union Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
