Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Northwind Clear Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
