Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
