Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
