Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
