Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
