Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Maple Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
