Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
