Bright Orchard Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
