Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Union Health is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
