Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Wichita with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
