Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Wichita with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
