Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
