Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Wichita with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
