Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Bright Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
