Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Wichita with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
