Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
