Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova West Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
