Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Stone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Virginia Beach region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
