Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
