Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Analytics is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
