Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rowan Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
