Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Quarry Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
