Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Quarry Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
