Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
