Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 224 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
