Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
