Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 866 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
